Tasks such as getting a glass of water and crossing the street can be painfully difficult for people who are handicapped. So how can you expect them to participate in a theatrical production?
Apparently, they can, if they will be only given special care and attention. In Ukraine, this is exactly what is done. Around 80 special theaters are already around and a few more will be established over the years.
