Restored Glory and the Holidays

Movies have always been one of the best form of expression of creative artistry and a source of entertainment. Classic movies have been also popular and raved by film critics, but there are only limited mediums where one can see such classics. Either movie prints and merchandise are too old or been sold out. Recently one classic Holiday movie print was restored, to what this is and more is what one can read here:

Independent artists create advocacy group

There is a theater scene outside Broadway. There are performers out there unaffiliated with Broadway and yet can give a performance rivaling those who are affiliated. This theater scene is called the independent theater.

To further raise the profile of New York's independent theater and to act collectively on some issues hounding the independent theater, a group of New York independent artists announced the creation of The League of Independent Theater, Inc.

Modernizing the Theater?

Community theaters have been mostly the same. Expository. Melodramatic. Traditional. Some people just want to change these traditions and sort of "modernize" theaters.
