Usually one of the rainiest months in Costa Rica is November. Fees are generally below the normal figure during this time of the year as tourist arrivals to beach resorts are at a low.
What would easily translate to less noise and more enjoyment, during the off peak seasons, there tends to be a lot fewer tourists than usual.
During the month of November, would you really consider a Costa Rican beach? Frequent are the rain showers, while the sun seldom comes, and usually is seen a lot less, than it can be seen more.
